In mid-2021, as we welcomed our newborn granddaughter Kiana (Kikki), I began a heartfelt search for delicate hand-embroidered and smocked jhablas and frocks, reminiscent of the ones I had cherished in my own childhood. But most of what I found were machine-made alternatives. The intricate handwork I longed for was difficult to find.
This led to the creation of Sew by Hand—a label that quietly celebrates the enduring charm of handmade embroidery. The curated collection features thoughtfully crafted frocks and hand-finished accessories, rooted in tradition and refined with care.
Through every stitch, we honor craftsmanship, heritage, and the skilled artisans who bring each piece to life.
